Our website - job-center.hu - is one of Hungary’s oldest job portals. It has been servicing both the job seekers and employers for over 15 years. The site has an average of 2.000+ daily visitors. Our newsletters reach more than 22.000 registered job seekers on a weekly basis and our continuously growing database has over 220.000 CVs. Our job postings are automatically taken over by approximately 15 other job portals so we are able to reach a very large audience when searching for the right candidate for your company. To keep up with the latest changes in how job seekers search for employment opportunities we established our presence on all major social networking platfroms. Our company Facebook page has close to 5.000 members and on LinkedIn we have nearly 600 followers. Our job postings are shared frequently and our blog posts also reach a large audience.
The recruitment process
Researching the target sector, finding the potential candidates and raising their interest.
The candidates who were found during the search process are invited for an interview. During the interview we analyze the professional competencies that are necessary and the ones that are favorable in order to successfully fill the position. We aim to gather information that is not in a candidate’s CV such as major achievements, completed tasks, career line,
references etc. We prepare a summary of the interview.
We agree to complete the contract in approximately 45 days.
We will provide a new and suitable candidate (free of charge) within 45 days if the employment contract of the candidate we propose for the position ceases due to unsuitability within 90-360 days (separate agreement) after the first day of employment.
Before becoming HR professionals our consultants have worked in managerial positions in different industries, so they are able to select the right person for the right position. They have relevant experience in a wide range of business sectors so we can make sure whoever contacts You will have in-depth knowledge of the given field of expertise.

We will coordinate interviews with the candidates you selected, whether by phone, via Skype or in person and when you made your decision, we can assist in negotiating the offer, contract and start date.
