Base and age-based vacation
- Base vacation: 20 working days (Mt. 116. §)
- 25 yrs: +1 d → 21
- 28 yrs: +2 d → 22
- 31 yrs: +3 d → 23
- 33 yrs: +4 d → 24
- 35 yrs: +5 d → 25
- 37 yrs: +6 d → 26
- 39 yrs: +7 d → 27
- 41 yrs: +8 d → 28
- 43 yrs: +9 d → 29
- 45 yrs: +10 d → 30 (max)
Additional vacation days
- 1 child: +2 d (under 16)
- 2 children: +4 d
- 3+ children: +7 d
- Per child with disability: +2 d
- Worker under 18: +5 d (Mt. 119. § (3))
- Labour Code §120 additional vacation: +5 d (unified — 50%+ health damage, disability benefit or personal annuity for the blind — not cumulative)
- Underground / radiation: +5 d (Mt. 121. §)
