How we work
Search
Mapping the target market and sourcing potential candidates. Screening our proprietary and partner databases, direct outreach, plus advertising on 10–15 online platforms, job portals, and our own LinkedIn / Facebook channels.
Selection
Phone and in-person interviews to align on duties and expectations, and to verify résumé authenticity. Single- or multi-round conversations, assessment of professional competencies. Personality and language testing on request.
Presentation
We introduce the 3–5 strongest candidates we consider suitable — meetings are scheduled at the time slots you offer. Consultant notes are attached to each résumé. We personally notify unsuccessful candidates.
You only pay if a candidate we introduce is hired and joins your company. Quote after consultation.
We typically commit to delivering on assignments within 30 days — closing the search successfully and quickly is our shared goal.
If within 90 days of the start date the candidate resigns or proves unsuitable, we provide a replacement free of charge within 30 days.

When is headhunting the right choice?

Steps of the headhunting process
Preparation
Detailed job description, personal and professional requirements profile, and a tailored motivational package. Compiling the target group and the list of preferred companies — we also agree on any "off-limits" companies from which candidates should not be sourced.
Direct search and selection
Discreet, creative outreach, on request without disclosing the client. Two-round interviews, competency verification, exploration of career motivations, and reference authenticity checks.
Presentation and follow-up
We present the selected candidates along with their résumé and our consultant profile. After the decision, we support the onboarding and personally notify unsuccessful applicants.
During the search, the client is only revealed at the moment agreed with you.
If the selected executive leaves within the guarantee period or does not fit the culture, we repeat the search free of charge.
The fee is only invoiced when the candidate actually starts working. Pricing is agreed individually.
