About Us

We work with people, not CVs.

For over 20 years, we have been helping companies find the professionals who are the best fit for them — and helping job seekers find their true calling.

Job-Center has been active in the Hungarian job market since 2001 — as one of Hungary's longest-established job portals and recruitment consulting offices. Our clients range from small and medium-sized enterprises to leading Hungarian market players, primarily in the industrial, technical, commercial, logistics, and administrative sectors.

We believe that the right hire can drive a company forward for years to come — and that the right workplace can be deeply fulfilling for a person. That is why we do not just send résumés to our clients: we assess competencies, motivation, and personal fit, and recommend candidates who match the company both professionally and culturally.

In our work, we don't just place candidates — we also provide consulting in HR strategy, organizational development, salary benchmarking, and coaching. In recent years, we have increasingly been working with international (German and Austrian) clients, which broadens the opportunities available to our candidates.

Nagy Judit — Managing Director, HR Consultant

Nagy Judit

Managing Director, HR Consultant

I graduated from Szent István University in Gödöllő with a degree in Human Resources Management. In the early stages of my career, I worked on the corporate side of HR at both international and Hungarian companies. This gave me the opportunity to learn how small, medium, and large enterprises structure their HR functions, what workforce needs they have, and how internal selection processes work. I know how difficult it is for an organization to find the right person — someone who is both professionally and personally reliable, and who can become a committed long-term colleague. A few years ago I moved to the other side of HR and started working as a recruitment consultant. My main goal was to put the experience I had gained on the corporate side to good use. It is largely thanks to this background, and the consulting practice I have built up since, that I am able to successfully match the right candidates with the businesses that need them.

Nevelős Annamária — HR Consultant

Nevelős Annamária

HR Consultant

I graduated as an economist from Budapest Business University, but I quickly realized that I would rather work with people than numbers. Thanks to my studies, I have a strong understanding of the various roles in finance and economics. I started my career at a Japanese multinational as a production and HR assistant. The more than three years I spent there allowed me to gain insight into the workings of a manufacturing company from both the production and the human resources side. Because of this, I am happy to take on searches that require specialized technical or engineering expertise. For a considerable time, I worked as an office assistant at a Hungarian real estate development company, which gave me a great deal of professional and personal experience. Later I returned to the world of HR and contributed to trainings, job fairs, and consultations at a foundation supporting young people. I find my experience across these different kinds of companies very useful, because as an HR consultant it helps me assess competencies more effectively when working on a specific position. My greatest source of satisfaction is when, at the end of a search, the client and the candidate find the right match in each other.

Epresi Dóra — HR Consultant, Coach

Epresi Dóra

HR Consultant, Coach

I believe that anyone can find the vocation that truly fits them, and that a workplace is much more than just a place to earn a living. I also believe that a good consulting firm can make a real difference in turning a workplace into a good place to be — as an HR consultant and coach, this is exactly the kind of support I want to offer to both employers and employees. I graduated as a sociologist and economist from Corvinus University of Budapest, specializing in organizational sociology. In addition, I hold qualifications in commerce and European Union studies, as well as Business and Life Coach certifications. I have lived in three countries, working as an HR professional, as a volunteer helping the unemployed in Germany, and as a coordinator for a wide range of European Union projects. Alongside high-quality recruitment, I bring an extra dimension to the firm through coaching.

Antal Eszter — Senior HR Partner

Antal Eszter

Senior HR Partner

I started my career in 2001 as a sales manager at an online commerce company, and later moved into a key account role serving the firm's top partners. In 2004, recognized as one of the company's young rising talents, I was given the opportunity — as commercial director — to build a dedicated hunter sales team, drawing on my detailed knowledge of both the company and the then-emerging online market. As a result, recruitment has remained part of my role ever since. Later I worked as a selection specialist at a dynamic startup and then at the largest road freight company in Eastern Europe, which gave me hands-on insight into the world of logistics. Alongside my work, I hosted a radio program based on my own concept, with episodes focusing on labor market trends, advice for job seekers and career changers, and public service topics. What makes my work truly rewarding is the shared satisfaction of both employer and employee.
