Career counselling
A two-hour, one-to-one consultation with an HR expert about where you are now, where you would like to get to, and the few steps that lead there.
Does this sound familiar?
Career counselling is most useful when you have a specific question, or a point where you are stuck.
Searching for months
You have sent dozens of CVs but hear almost nothing back. We look at where the process stalls: the documents, the targeting or the interviews.
Changing field
You picture the coming years in a different area. We go through which of your experiences carry over, and how best to present them.
Suddenly out of work
After redundancy or a role that was cut. We help you settle the situation and build a job search plan that actually works.
Thinking about a move
You have a job, but you sense this is not the next step. We think through what you are really looking for, and when it is worth moving.
Starting out
Freshly graduated, with many directions open. We help you decide which first job takes you further, and how a CV can convince without experience.
Returning to work
After parental leave, a longer break or years spent abroad. We discuss how to handle the gap, and what makes you competitive today.
Two hours, all about you
The consultation is not a ready-made course. At the start of the conversation we establish the most important question, and spend the time on that. What typically fits in:
Direction and strategy
- Self-assessment work, clarifying career goals
- Effective job search methods — where the genuinely reachable roles are
- LinkedIn profile and social media strategy
Documents and practice
- Review of your CV and cover letter, rewritten together
- A mock interview with practice and honest feedback
- Insider knowledge from HR professionals — what the other side looks at
Participation does not guarantee a specific job offer — within the framework of a professional consultation, we help you with your job search process.

A short call
We clarify by phone what you expect, and whether career counselling really is the right format. If it is not, we will say so honestly.
The consultation
A two-hour, one-to-one conversation at our Budapest office or online. We ask for your CV beforehand so that we arrive prepared.
What you take away
The agreed steps and the reworked CV stay with you, so there is something to return to.
Request an appointment
Describe in a few sentences where you are now. We reply within one working day and agree a time with you.
What to know about career counselling
How much does career counselling cost?
The fee is HUF 30,000 + VAT per session, which covers a two-hour one-to-one consultation. There are no hidden costs and no package to subscribe to.
Is it in person or online?
Whichever suits you better. We hold consultations at our Budapest office and online as well — the content and the length are the same.
Will I receive a job offer afterwards?
No, and we make that clear in advance. Career counselling is a professional consultation, not recruitment. If we happen to have an open role that suits you, we will of course mention it — but we do not promise it.
How is this different from the free guides?
The guides on our site are general and written for everyone. In the consultation we look at your own CV, your own goals and your own position on the market, with specific feedback.
Is one session enough?
In most cases yes: two hours is enough to go through the important questions and put a plan together. If you would like to come back later, that is also possible.
What should I bring?
Your current CV and, if you have them, one or two job adverts you are interested in. We discuss everything else on the spot.
