3. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) regulate the conditions of using the services available through the job-center.hu website (hereinafter: Website) operated by Access Recruitment Személyzeti Tanácsadó Iroda Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider).
The natural or legal person using the Website (hereinafter: User) explicitly accepts the provisions of these T&C by commencing use of the Website. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&C, with such modifications taking effect upon publication on the Website.
4. Subject of the Service
Within the framework of its private employment agency activities registered under number 4161-2/2011-5400, the Service Provider provides the following services:
- For employers: headhunting, placement of executive and specialist positions, candidate selection and HR consulting services.
- For employees: presentation of current job opportunities, forwarding applications to client employers, free career counselling.
The Website provides informational content about the Service Provider's activities, and offers the opportunity for interested parties to contact the Service Provider or apply for advertised positions.
5. Services Provided to Employees
Pursuant to the laws in force in Hungary — in particular Government Decree 118/2001 (VI. 30.) — the Service Provider provides employment agency services to employees free of charge. The Service Provider may not request and may not accept any fee, cost or other consideration from the employee.
Personal data provided by users when applying for positions advertised on the Website are used by the Service Provider exclusively for the purpose of conducting the selection process. Detailed provisions on data processing are set out in the Privacy Notice.
6. Services Provided to Employers
The Service Provider concludes individual agreements with employer clients regarding the details, fees and conditions of the placement service. These T&C apply to such agreements only insofar as the parties have not agreed otherwise in their separate contract.
7. Application Process via the Website
The User may contact the Service Provider via the Website in the following ways:
- By completing the application form attached to the advertised job postings;
- By completing the general contact form;
- By directly contacting the e-mail address or phone number provided.
When completing the form, the User is required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. The Service Provider reserves the right to disregard manifestly false, incomplete or spam-like enquiries.
After submission, the Service Provider will contact the User within a reasonable time during business hours. The Service Provider does not guarantee a substantive response to every application, particularly if the applicant does not meet the requirements of the advertised position.
8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Website — including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos and source code — is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Service Provider, or the Service Provider holds a licence to use such content.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, public display or any other use of the content is strictly prohibited. Such infringement may result in civil and criminal consequences.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider publishes information on the Website in good faith, based on data received from client employers. The Service Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of positions stated in job advertisements, the actual working conditions, or the content of the employment contract concluded between the employer and the employee.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Website, but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. The Service Provider excludes liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Website, except where the damage results from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
10. Complaints Handling
The User may submit complaints relating to the service via the following channels:

The Service Provider will investigate the complaint substantively and respond in writing within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint does not receive a fair resolution, the User may apply to the following bodies:
- Conciliation Board: the Conciliation Board competent for the User's place of residence (contact details: bekeltetes.hu).
- Consumer Protection Authority: the Consumer Protection Department of the territorially competent District Government Office.
- Court: in case of legal dispute, the court having jurisdiction under the rules of civil procedure.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
The provisions of Hungarian law shall apply to these T&C. The parties shall endeavour to resolve their disputes amicably; in the event of unsuccessful resolution, they shall submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
If any provision of these T&C becomes invalid or ineffective due to legal changes or court decisions, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
