Rövid leírás:
We are looking for a senior accountant for our multinational real estate investor client.
Feladatok:
- Prepares payrolls, if this process is outsourced controls the results
- Conducts month end, year end closing processes
- Prepares budgets or if it is prepared by another department in the organisation supports the reporting department on preparation of the budget
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Complies with the Polat group policies and procedures
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Complies with Hungarian financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
- Keeping financial information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Supports the internal audit and external audit teams
Elvárások:
- University degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years experience in accounting, 3 years in construction sector is a must
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
- Experience in team management
- To be a chartered accountant is a must
- Result and detail oriented and well-disciplined
- Good planning, organising and communication skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
