Our partner - an international investment company involved in the reconstruction and development of iconic buildings - is looking for an executive assistant / receptionist to support their operation in Budapest.
Feladatok:
- Support Managing Directors in their day to day activities, including communications, scheduling of business and private meetings, etc. and any other needs of the Managing Directors
- Organizing travel arrangements, both business and private, dealing with concerning matters
- Handle day to day front and back office duties and reception activities, including all aspects of corporate office management, communications, scheduling, meetings, assist in event planning, presentations, project administration, etc.
- Manage the office operations
- Coordinate, manage, direct and supervise the work of the housekeeper and driver
- Manage the petty cash
- Serve as the representative of the executives, management and the corporate office
Elvárások:
- University / College degree
- Minimum five years experience as an executive / office assistant in a multinational corporate environment
- Experience in managing the organizational and administrative activities of senior executives, including management of the corporate office
- Experience in handling front and back end office administration
- Extensive experience in organizing travel arrangements for executives
- Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Precise
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Ability to deal successfully with multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Flexibility in time is highly required
- Ability to accommodate evening and weekend hours, availability by phone on call is highly required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must
