We are looking for a country manager for one of the leading industrial integrators in Europe. The company manages its customer’s supply chain, including procurement, Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO) and Bill of Material (BOM) products.
Feladatok:
- Ensure overall operational quality of existing processes and services given to the clients
- Responsible for monitoring the profit and loss of the accounts
- Close contracts/deals with clients in close cooperation with the Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and the Legal departments
- Updates process blue prints/documentation and ensuring that they are aligned with the standard operating procedures
- Initiates possible process improvements and implements these as proposed solutions
- Have contacts on a regular basis with key decision makers within the customer accounts
- Align regularly with other local account managers and global account managers regarding developments and strategies within the local and global accounts
- Develop business proposals within the organization
- Developing the scope of existing products and services within the named key accounts and expand to new sites of the key accounts
Elvárások:
- Academic level: College or master’s degree in the field of management or supply chain administration
- At least 3-5 years experience with relevant supply chain management, maintenance management tools, and systems/process/change management experience on the industry level
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Hungarian
- Strong experience with managing stakeholders at director level
- Strong experience in managing (project) teams
- Commercial/industrial oriented
- Experience with working with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems
- Affinity with technical environments
- Experience with working in a multidisciplinary multinational company
